Official alerts may describe combinations of wind, low humidity and dry fuels that can support rapid fire spread. This map preserves that wording but does not show active fires, predict ignitions, estimate spread, issue evacuation guidance or calculate a proprietary risk score.

Fact: alert categories, times, descriptions and shapes come from NWS. Limit: conditions vary inside every alert area and an alert does not mean a fire is burning. Read the full official alert and follow local fire restrictions and authorities.
